เลขาธิการ คปภ. ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหาร FALIA จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น หารือความร่วมมือด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรประกันภัยและความยั่งยืน
เมื่อวันที่ 19 ตุลาคม 2569 นายชูฉัตร ประมูลผล เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการกำกับและส่งเสริมการประกอบธุรกิจประกันภัย (เลขาธิการ คปภ.) ให้การต้อนรับ Mr.Masayuki Tanaka กรรมการผู้จัดการ (Managing Director) สถาบัน The Foundation for the Advancement of Life & Insurance Around the World (FALIA) ประเทศญี่ปุ่น พร้อมด้วย Mr.Kenichi Fukuda ผู้จัดการทั่วไป (General Manager) และ Mr.Tomoki Sugizaki รองผู้จัดการทั่วไป (Associate General Manager) ฝ่าย Public Interest Program Department ในโอกาสเข้าเยี่ยมคารวะและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาธุรกิจประกันภัย ณ สำนักงาน คปภ.
ในการหารือครั้งนี้ ผู้บริหาร FALIA ได้กล่าวถึงทิศทางการดำเนินงานของสถาบันที่มุ่งให้ความสำคัญกับ การพัฒนาธุรกิจประกันภัยอย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainability) รวมถึงความร่วมมือกับองค์การสหประชาชาติ (UN) ภายใต้กรอบ Principles for Sustainable Insurance (PSI) เพื่อส่งเสริมการนำหลักการด้านความยั่งยืนมาประยุกต์ใช้ในภาคธุรกิจประกันภัย
ในโอกาสเดียวกัน เลขาธิการ คปภ. ได้เชิญชวนให้ FALIA ประสานความร่วมมือกับสถาบันวิทยาการประกันภัยระดับสูง เพื่อพิจารณาความเป็นไปได้ในการร่วมกันจัดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมและกิจกรรมพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านการประกันภัยในประเทศไทย อันจะเป็นการต่อยอดความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสองหน่วยงาน และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาธุรกิจประกันภัยไทยอย่างยั่งยืนในระยะยาว

OIC Secretary-General Welcomes FALIA Delegation from Japan to Discuss Cooperation on Insurance Capacity Building and Sustainability
On 19 October 2026, Mr. Chuchatr Pramoolpol, Secretary-General of the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), welcomed Mr.Masayuki Tanaka, Managing Director of the Foundation for the Advancement of Life & Insurance Around the World (FALIA), Japan, accompanied by Mr.Kenichi Fukuda, General Manager, and Mr.Tomoki Sugizaki, Associate General Manager, both from the Public Interest Program Department, during a courtesy visit to the OIC Office. The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on the future development of the insurance industry.
During the meeting, the FALIA delegation highlighted the organization’s growing emphasis on sustainability in the insurance sector, including its collaboration with the United Nations (UN) under the Principles for Sustainable Insurance (PSI) initiative, which aims to promote the integration of sustainability principles into insurance business practices.
On this occasion, the OIC Secretary-General also encouraged FALIA to explore potential collaboration with the OIC Advanced Insurance Institute, particularly the possibility of jointly organizing training programmes and capacity-building activities in Thailand. Such cooperation would further strengthen academic and professional exchanges between the two organizations and contribute to the long-term sustainable development of Thailand’s insurance industry.
