ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท เซ็นทรัลพัฒนา จำกัด (มหาชน) (“บริษัท”) ครั้งที่ 1/2569 เมื่อวันที่ 16 มกราคม 2569 ได้มีมติตามข้อเสนอของคณะกรรมการสรรหาและกำหนดค่าตอบแทน อนุมัติแต่งตั้ง นายชนวัฒน์ เอื้อวัฒนะสกุล เป็นกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่และประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร แทนนางสาววัลยา จิราธิวัฒน์ ซึ่งจะครบกำหนดเกษียณอายุงานจากการดำรงตำแหน่งดังกล่าว โดยให้มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป โดยนางสาววัลยา จิราธิวัฒน์ ยังคงดำรงตำแหน่งในฐานะกรรมการบริษัทต่อไป

Appointment of the President and Chief Executive Officer

To President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

With reference to the No. 1/2026 Central Pattana Public Company Limited (“the Company”) Board of Directors meeting held on 16 January 2026, the Board has made a resolution concurring with the proposal made by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee to appoint Mr. Chanavat Uahwatanasakul as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, in replacement of Miss Wallaya Chirathivat who will retire from such position, effective on 1 May 2026 onwards. However, Miss Wallaya Chirathivat still holds directorship in the Company.

Please be informed accordingly.
