ไฮไลท์แคมเปญ YES GIRL, YOU CAN สร้างแรงขับเคลื่อนให้เกิดขึ้นในระดับบุคคล สังคม และระดับโลก อาทิ

1. Visionary Women’s Speech: รวม ‘ผู้นำหญิงต้นแบบ’ ที่มีวิสัยทัศน์มาส่งต่อแรงบันดาลใจผ่านข้อความเพื่อจุดประกายศักยภาพที่มีอยู่ในผู้หญิงทุกคน ให้เปล่งประกายจากภายในสู่ภายนอก ได้แก่

คุณวัลยา จิราธิวัฒน์ President & CEO บมจ. เซ็นทรัลพัฒนา เผยว่า “อยากให้ผู้หญิง ‘กล้ารับบทบาทที่ยิ่งใหญ่’ อย่ากลัวความท้าทาย ให้เชื่อมั่นในศักยภาพของตัวเอง ยุคสมัยได้เปลี่ยนไปแล้ว ไม่ว่าผู้หญิงหรือผู้ชายสามารถเป็นผู้นำได้ในทุกสถานการณ์ การมีความรู้รอบด้าน มีแผนสำรอง และมีความยืดหยุ่น สิ่งเหล่านี้จะทำให้เราเป็นผู้นำที่พร้อมรับมือทุกความเปลี่ยนแปลง”

คุณนภารัตน์ ศรีวรรณวิทย์ Chief Finance, Accounting and Risk Management Officer บมจ. เซ็นทรัลพัฒนา เผยว่า “ ‘กล้าคว้าโอกาสที่ท้าทาย’ เพราะความกล้าที่จะก้าวออกมาจาก Comfort Zone จะทำให้เราได้ค้นพบศักยภาพด้านอื่น ๆ ของตัวเอง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นในที่ทำงาน ผู้หญิงสามารถลงมือทำโปรเจกต์ใหญ่ หรือสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงในองค์กรได้ อยากให้ผู้หญิงทุกคนเชื่อมั่นว่า เราจะสามารถทำตามความฝัน และเป้าหมายที่ตั้งใจให้สำเร็จได้”

คุณจุฑาธรรม จิราธิวัฒน์ Head of Business & Design Development บมจ. เซ็นทรัลพัฒนา เผยว่า “ผู้หญิงต้องเผชิญหลายบทบาท ทั้งผู้นำในที่ทำงานและแม่ที่อบอุ่น ฉันพบว่าความสุขคือการผสานความรัก ความมุ่งมั่น และความใส่ใจในทุกรายละเอียด ผู้หญิงมีความสามารถไร้ขีดจำกัด และสร้างมาตรฐานใหม่ของความสำเร็จได้เสมอ อยากให้ผู้หญิงทุกคนเปิดใจรับโอกาสและเชื่อมั่นในพลังของตัวเอง เพื่อเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้แก่คนรอบข้าง”

คุณมินตรา เตชะไกรศรี Manager, Business Development (East) บมจ. เซ็นทรัลพัฒนา เผยว่า “ผู้หญิงทุกคนมีศักยภาพในตัวเองที่พร้อมก้าวขึ้นมาเป็นผู้นำรุ่นใหม่ในทุก ๆ วงการ เราอยากสนับสนุนให้ผู้หญิงมีความมั่นใจด้วยประสบการณ์ และความเชี่ยวชาญของตัวเอง รวมถึงกล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น เราเชื่อว่าความอ่อนโยนของผู้หญิง จะทำให้เราเป็นผู้นำที่พร้อมรับฟังด้วยความเข้าใจ และมีวิสัยทัศน์ในการพัฒนาองค์กร สังคม และประเทศ”

คุณฐาปนีย์ เกียรติไพบูลย์ ผู้ว่าการการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย เผยว่า “ในฐานะผู้หญิงคนหนึ่ง ที่เป็นทั้ง ‘แม่’ และได้รับโอกาสสำคัญในการดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ว่าการการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย ดิฉันเชื่อว่าผู้หญิงทุกคนมีศักยภาพในการบริหารทุกบทบาทในชีวิตได้อย่างสมดุล ขอเพียงกล้าที่จะก้าวข้ามขีดจำกัดของตัวเอง เปิดรับความท้าทายใหม่ ๆ อย่างมั่นใจ และเชื่อมั่นว่าไม่มีอุปสรรคใดใหญ่เกินความสามารถของเราได้ ขอเป็นกำลังใจให้ทุกคนก้าวไปข้างหน้าและทำทุกบทบาทของตัวเองได้ดีที่สุดค่ะ”

คุณไบรท์-พิชญทัฬห์ จันทร์พุฒ ผู้ประกาศข่าวช่อง 3 เผยว่า “อยากสนับสนุนให้ผู้หญิงทุกคนกล้าลงมือทำในสิ่งที่ตัวเองฝันไว้ ‘กล้าตั้งเป้าหมายในชีวิต และลงมือทำทุก ๆ วัน ด้วยความมุ่งมั่น’ ความเชื่อว่าเราทำได้ จะเป็นแรงผลักดันที่ทรงพลังให้เราประสบความสำเร็จ เพียงกล้าที่จะลอง กล้าที่จะคว้าโอกาส เพื่อก้าวข้ามขีดจำกัดของตัวเอง เป็นตัวเองในเวอร์ชั่นที่ดีที่สุดที่ทำได้ ณ เวลานั้น ก็ถือว่าชนะใจตัวเองแล้วค่ะ”

คุณโอปอล-สุชาตา ช่วงศรี Miss Universe Thailand 2024 เผยว่า “ในวัย 16 ปี โอปอลเคยต้องผ่าตัดก้อนเนื้อที่เต้านมทำให้เข้าใจถึงความกลัวและความกังวลของผู้หญิง อุปสรรคไม่ได้ลดคุณค่าของเรา ตรงกันข้าม มันพิสูจน์ว่าเรานั้นแข็งแกร่งเพียงใด อย่าปล่อยให้ความกลัวจำกัดตัวคุณ ‘จงกล้าที่จะตรวจสุขภาพเต้านม กล้าที่จะดูแลตัวเอง กล้าที่จะขอความช่วยเหลือเมื่อถึงเวลา’ การที่คุณเป็นมะเร็งเต้านมแล้วยืนหยัดยอมรับในสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น คุณคือผู้หญิงที่เต็มเปี่ยมไปด้วยความเคารพในตัวเอง”

Central Pattana believes in power of women and equal society – celebrating International Women’s Day 2025 through ‘YES GIRL, YOU CAN’ campaign

Bangkok – Central Pattana plc, Thailand’s no. 1 real estate developer for sustainability and a pioneer of equality that creates spaces for all global citizens and LGBTQIAN+, is highlighting its reputation as an organization of diversity and equality by launching celebrations for International Women’s Day, which is celebrated annually on 8 March. To celebrate International Women’s Day in 2025, Central Pattana has launched the ‘YES GIRL, YOU CAN’ campaign, aligned with the global theme of ‘Accelerate Action’ to empower women to have the courage to take action and create positive changes as well as passing on confidence to all women. Female role models in various industries, which include female managers from Central Pattana and outstanding female representatives from various fields reflect the vision of ‘Imagining Better Futures for All’. The vision is committed to creating an equal and inclusive society that embraces diversity in all aspects while improving the quality of life and sustainability for everyone.

The highlights of the YES GIRL, YOU CAN campaign that help create personal, social and global driving forces, include:

1. Visionary Women’s Speech: The session gathers ‘visionary female leaders’ and inspiring women who serve as role models for many, to share messages that ignite the potential within every woman, allowing them to shine from the inside out, including:

Ms. Wallaya Chirathivat, President & CEO of Central Pattana plc, who said: “I want all women to have the courage to take on great roles and not be afraid of challenges. Believe in your potential as the times have changed; both men and women can be good leaders. Having comprehensive knowledge, a backup plan and being agile will ensure that we are leaders who are well prepared to handle any change or challenge.”

Ms. Naparat Sriwanvit, Chief Finance, Accounting and Risk Management Officer of Central Pattana plc, who said: “Have the courage to seize challenging opportunities because the courage to step out of our comfort zones will allow us to discover our potential. They simply need the courage to go beyond their own limits, accept new challenges with confidence and believe that no obstacle is too large for our abilities. Ms. Pitchyatun Janputt (Bright), news anchor of Channel 3, who said: “I would like to encourage all women to pursue their dreams. If you have breast cancer and can unflinchingly accept what has happened, you are a woman with self-respect.”
