1. ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม (Environment)

• ภายใต้แผน Net Zero 2050 ผลักดันมาตรการต่างๆ ในการลดการปลดปล่อยคาร์บอนได้กว่า 17% เกินกว่าเป้าหมาย อาทิ การออกแบบอาคารสีเขียว การติดตั้งพลังงานสะอาด การบริหารจัดการขยะ การติดตั้งจุดชาร์จรถไฟฟ้า ฯลฯ  การันตีด้วยรางวัล Climate Action Leading Organization: CALO 2024
• เป็นผู้นำรายแรกในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์และค้าปลีกไทย ออก ‘Green Bond’ (หุ้นกู้เพื่ออนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม) และ ‘Sustainability-linked bond’ (ตราสารหนี้เพื่อความยั่งยืน) มูลค่ารวมกว่า 21,000 ล้านบาท เพื่อระดมทุนเดินหน้าสร้างมิกซ์ยูสและอาคารสีเขียวในไทยและต่างประเทศ สนับสนุนโครงการพลังงานสะอาด
• ผนึกกำลังร่วมกับพันธมิตร้านค้า 165 ราย รวม 2,250 ร้านค้าในโครงการ Green Partnership โดยมีเป้าหมายในการช่วยกันลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกเทียบเท่ากว่า 700 ตันคาร์บอนไดออกไซต์ต่อปี และจัดงาน Green Expo Better Futures Project อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อสร้างการตระหนักรู้และการมีส่วนร่วมกับกลุ่มลูกค้าประชาชน 

2. ด้านสังคม (Social Contribution)

·      สนับสนุนเศรษฐกิจท้องถิ่น ผ่านการจัดกิจกรรมทางการตลาดเพื่อชุมชนปีละกว่า 2,700 กิจกรรม สร้างรายได้ให้ชุมชน กว่า 3,500 ล้านบาทต่อปี

·      สนับสนุนพื้นที่กว่า 1.6 ล้าน ตร.ม. ในการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม อาทิ กิจกรรมบริการภาครัฐ การศึกษา สุขภาพ สาธารณสุข การกีฬา รวมกว่า 1,800 กิจกรรม

·      สนับสนุนพื้นที่บริจาคโลหิตต่อเนื่องกว่า 37 ปี รวมปริมาณส่งมอบ กว่า 200 ล้านซีซี ช่วยเหลือผู้คนได้กว่า 1.5 ล้านคน

3. ด้านธรรมาภิบาล (Governance)

1. Environmental leadership (E)

• Surpassed carbon reduction targets by over 17% under the Net Zero 2050 roadmap, implementing green building designs, clean energy solutions, waste management programs, and EV charging stations setups, among others. This achievement is reinforced by our recognition as a Climate Action Leading Organization: CALO 2024
• The first leader in Thailand’s real estate and retail sector to issue ‘Green Bond’ and ‘Sustainability-linked Bond’, raising over 21 billion baht to fund the development of mixed-use projects and green buildings in Thailand and abroad, supporting clean energy initiatives.
• Joined forces with 165 partner brands and a total of 2,250 stores under the Green Partnership initiative, aiming to collectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions by over 700 tons of CO₂ equivalent per year.
