Early in 2024, Central Pattana opened the mixed-use projects: Central Nakhon Sawan, worth 5.8 billion baht and Central Nakhon Pathom, worth 8.2 billion baht. In 2025, the company plans to open Central Krabi, worth 4.5 billion baht and has development plans for five mega projects in super-prime locations around Bangkok.
